"Even though she knew my dark side , She treated me the same. She was unbaised and very welcoming. She made me realise I am important."
"Best psychologist ever! So kind and friendly! Best of all!you can definitely get a peaceful time here! Life changing place for me! My sincere thanks to Arulselvi …"
My premarital counselling sessions with Arulselvi came at a fairly critical point for me, and I am happy to say they've been incredibly helpful. Her direct but non-judgemental manner made hard topics easier to address head-on, which I really needed and appreciated. Reliably astute observations allowed me to really stop and consider my perspectives in a way I hadn't before, which is exactly what one wants from the therapist and I'm happier with result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
I met Arulselvi mam at a time I needed her the most. Her counselling sessions were very productive and I can't thank her enough. I have the confidence that her couple therapy will work wonders in my marriage life.

The effects of online psychotherapy outlasted the results of face-to-face counseling We know it’s sometimes hard to meet with us for a therapy session at our offices. You may be too busy, live too far away, stuck at work, or have trouble finding childcare or transportation. So, to make it easier for you, we’ve added video counseling services and taken distance counseling training to meet this growing need. Now we can meet wherever it’s most convenient for you — your couch, your kitchen, your living room.
We view therapy as a collaborative process and work with our clients to provide them with evidence-based tools and skills necessary to make changes to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. We will often assign clients homework or exercises to work on between sessions to further their growth and improvement.
Life gives us challenges that can be so remarkably intense, beautifully messy, and profoundly complex and puzzling - often all at the same time. It is no wonder we find ourselves sometimes needing extra support to achieve a healthy balance.
